The pedestrian-friendly center can be accessed by walking, biking or riding electric carts from Nocatee real estate.
Nocatee residents can become members at the Marsh Creek Country Club for championship golf, join Serenata Beach Club, in addition to many other discount resident perks to area clubs and establishments.
