Community Description

The Reserve at Nocatee, a multi-family luxury apartment community built in 2017, has 244 garden apartments in 7 buildings with 1-3 bedrooms from 708 to 1,361 square feet. Each kitchen will feature granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, modern 42″ cabinetry, and USB ports in the kitchen island for convenience.

Amenities and Fees

Residents have access to a clubhouse with state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness facilities, a beach entry pool with a summer kitchen, and mosquito-nix surrounding its perimeter, a dog park with a dog wash, and a bike care facility.

Residents will also get to enjoy everything that Nocatee has to offer including the Splash park and exclusive resident events.

Two indoor pets per apartment. No weight limits. Breed restrictions apply. No exotic animals.

  • One Bedroom: A maximum of 2 occupants

  • Three Bedrooms: A maximum of 6 occupants

A Government issued photo ID is required by all guests to view an apartment home.

Applicants are approved upon favorable credit report, background check, rental history, employment history, and earnings equal to or greater than three times the monthly rental amount.

Nocatee has 2,400 acres of preserved wetlands and uplands along a 3.5 mile stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway. Interconnected Greenway Trails can be accessed by walking, biking, or electric carts and every community leads to the Town Center and Amenity Center.

Nocatee Town Center is booming with homes, parks, and new commercial and retail businesses announced every month for residents to eat, drink and shop. Residents also have access to Nocatee Splash Water Park featuring slides, lazy river, kids splash pad, 330-foot zip line, lagoon pool, lazy river, cabana, Sun Deck concessions, sand volleyball courts, children’s playground & event lawns.

Nocatee has planned community events & activities for all ages daily, dog parks & a kayak launch.
